2xvetran
I have finally tracked down a blue Iraqi Air Force service utility uniform. Shown here is my uniform with pin on pilot wings, and German made Flight Lieutenant ranks. He has a matching blue belt and holster. The beret is an Iraqi made model with the post 1991 badge. Scott. Guest IMHF
Scott Check this one out, looks newer then mine but sold for hundreds less. It seems that this one has silver buttons, what is the difference between the silver and bronze I have on mine. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280544559340 Lorenzo

Replace the silver buttons with the bronze (gilt) colored ones and you are good to go. Either you got a "made up" uniform or when times were tough they were going to use anything they could and was going to use the above uniform as a Police uniform. 2xvetran
Here is better images of the uniform, what era do you think it is. Lorenzo We seem to revisit this question a lot. Attention to detail on the buttons will tell us what the uniform is for and the era as well. Scott.
