I had a brother at Verdun Fighting off the French-man They're still there, he's all gone etc. etc. etc.... Written in the back of this pic from the 2nd Bavarian Jäger Ersatz Battalion is "Straub, Luitpold + 13.7.1916) So, a bit of quick research shows Jäger Straub was killed at Verdun on the 13.7.1916, was born on the 20.10.1896 in New York, USA.
