What Regiment could this be ?

I found a Photo in my collection, and the question is what type of Rgt had these oakleafs on the collar ??

The man sitting on the left and the other man standing with woundbadge in silver has the same collar leafs.

Jaeger Unit ?

Freikorps, with the oakleafs on the collar: Freiwilliges Landesjägerkorps or Freikorps von Hülsen or Freiw. Detachment Probstmayr or Freiw. 17. Inf.-Div. (General v. Held).

The guy with the oakleafs on the cap, I think that's earlier Reichswehr.
