Erich S Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 Very nice Robin, here's my example with the Edda script.
Robin Lumsden Posted November 23, 2011 Author Posted November 23, 2011 Great plate, Erich. Mine arrived today and has the two ‘Werkschar’ marks of the Werkschar Naumburg works of Friedrich Muck-Lamberty.
Erich S Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Robin, mine also has the Werkschar marking on the reverse. Best, Erich
Odulf Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Gents, Would you please be so kind to show these Werkschar markings?
Robin Lumsden Posted November 24, 2011 Author Posted November 24, 2011 Gents, Would you please be so kind to show these Werkschar markings? Don't have a photo to hand ................... but the mark is a simple WERKSCHAR stamping in very small letters ................ repeated on two of the three 'feet' on the back of the plate.

OK thanks Robin, I have a whole bunch of these but none from the Werkschar production.

Erich S Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 You picked the right one Robin! These tellers go well with a Julfest display.
Robin Lumsden Posted November 27, 2011 Author Posted November 27, 2011 These tellers go well with a Julfest display. It's now hung above the tapestry ......................
Robin Lumsden Posted November 27, 2011 Author Posted November 27, 2011 The wolfsangeln are excavated c.16th century examples and the piece of stone is from Wewelsburg. Leuchter is a 6-dotter, from the estate of Johannes Muhlenkamp.
Erich S Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Here's a little spring time display that I did that shows my plate.

Erich S Posted February 10, 2012 Posted February 10, 2012 Really like the wrought iron candle holder Robin. I have one as well as you can see in my little display. Mine has runic symbols on the base.
Robin Lumsden Posted February 10, 2012 Author Posted February 10, 2012 Really like the wrought iron candle holder Robin. Thanks. Cost under 40 Euros. Now has a beeswax candle attached! ;)
