Was this man the commander of the Reserve Feld Arty Regt 18 in 1914 ?

Maj. Köhler of FAR 58 was the commander of RFAR 18 in 1917. I don't know when he originally took command.

Major (since 25-02-1918 Oberstleutnant) Köhler was Commander of the RFAR 18 from 1st of July 1915 to 25rd of March 1918.
