Is this Fahrende Abteilung of the Garde Feldartillerie... or something along that line?

I would say 3. Garde-Feldartillerie-Regiment.

That's what I see too. I think all of the field artillery regiments had "fahrende Abteilungen", but only a few had "reitende-Abteilungen". The 1.Garde FAR wore a three flamed grenade too, but the body of the grenade was pineapple shaped, not round, like this one.
