Truth be told, the last time I even saw one of these medals for sale was the Michael Quigley Collection Part II auction put on by eMedals. That was some time last year, I think. I remember that the obverse bar was actually on the medal upside down. Given the rarity of the medal, I would assume that the award certificates are probably even rarer.
