I have looked around to try and figure out how to research these. The number I have C8896. Can anyone help in directing me towaqrd a possible source for looking these up.? I have been trying to track down an early SWB to a Canadian and have been told that Volume 1 of the register for these badges is missing, i.e. Numbers 1 to 12,000..... Sorry to tell you this..... Irish Posted July 20, 2012 Author Share Posted July 20, 2012 That is just my luck, oh well. The group of insignia was from your neck of the woods. 89th Alberta. Most of the insignia were made in Calgary as noted on the back of the badges.
