MJC Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 I am looking for any information or identification of a man named Oberleutnant Vollmer of infantry regiment Markgraf 7, Brandenberg 60. He won a sword as a shooting prize in 1906. Anything is helpful, and thanks in advance. MJC
Naxos Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 In 1909 Vollmer was a Hauptmann still in the same Regiment.

MJC Posted October 5, 2012 Author Posted October 5, 2012 Wow, I should have started my stop-watch so I could time you guys. Nothing about his shoe size or favorite liquor? This is a piece of a larger puzzle so I will update the thread as more project data becomes available. Many thanks, beers on me. Best, Mike
dedehansen Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Hallo Mike, Hauptmann from the 4. Companie Red Eagle Order 4th Class from the Rangliste 1914 Regards Andreas
Chip Posted October 12, 2012 Posted October 12, 2012 And the "other" Oberlt. Vollmer (dR) of the LIR 120. He got intimate with Sgt. York. :D
