For Research unknown german Oberst with a lost bling bling

Hello Gentlemen,

this weekend I got a photo from a german Oberst with a lot of bling bling.

I think the photo is made before 1895 because the Centenarmedaille is missing.

I hope that it is possible to identify him ?!

Günther Freiherr von Schlotheim, 1843-1924, around 1890, finished as General der Infanterie.
