Andrew42 Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 Hi! You know that the uniform of the Wehrmacht's military administration officials (Militärverwaltung) was a white plate in the form of an eagle. This symbol is worn by officials of all categories...
Andrew42 Posted October 28, 2012 Author Posted October 28, 2012 ... who could wear these pads in a gold? Maybe the staff officers of the Commander of the Wehrmacht abroad (Stab/WH-Befehlshaber)? Gruss Andre
Andrew42 Posted October 28, 2012 Author Posted October 28, 2012 Beamte der Kriegsmarine worn on the shoulder straps of the white metal signs And the shape of the Eagle was different Gruss Andre
Andrew42 Posted October 29, 2012 Author Posted October 29, 2012 An interesting picture in the book, Schlicht Angolia "Die deutsche Wehrmacht.", with signature "Stab/Wehrmacht-Befehlshaber/Leutnant" Unfortunately, the book has only a few words about the use of that mark. And only for senior officers (of course, the Eagle of the white metal) Logically, the mid-level officers were required to have a golden color.
Paul R Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 I love the KM NCO Beamte. I have been looking for one of those for a long time(insignia or uniform). Great thread guys.
panzERIC Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 Hi Gents, Here is a pair I own... I have no use in my collection, if anybody is interested please contact me at panzeric@gmail.com Best regards, Eric
Paul R Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Those are a beautiful set. Larry- in the case of the Heer, does the gold reflect the education/career level or it related to the General Officer grades?
Laurence Strong Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Those are a beautiful set. Larry- in the case of the Heer, does the gold reflect the education/career level or it related to the General Officer grades? Hello Paul As mentioned in the first post, the Militärverwaltung were the only ones to use eagles on their SB's. They were not used to denote career level. This was done by the collar tabs just like the Wehrmachtbeamte. Later Larry
