I think it will be interesting to undertake close examination of Medal of Honor issued in 2000

Here comes one from my collection.

Yellow Ribbon.

Issued on April 29, Heisei 11 (2000).

Cavalier name is Komiya Hideo.

I think all Medals of Honors got these two-digit marks simultaneously with Sacred Treasures and Rising Suns (in early 80s)
