Unidentified Spanish Medal ?

I am not an expert in Spanish medals, but I believe the one in the attached photo IS Spanish. Can you please tell me what it is called and for what it was awarded? Any help would be appreciated.

I dont known any spanish official medal at this shape. These not are any insignia of the Order of Miltary Medal

Perhaps any civilian insignia with a rare crown (not appears the spanish royal crown) and also the ribbon
