I add also a reverseSmall j with a dot both above and below said letter on the upper right side and a capital D on the upper left side. The life rune like mark is in blue. Any ideas at all? I thank you all in advance.

the blue "rune" is the sceptre of the "Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin".

A very nice example of one of the commemorative plaques given by “Deutscher Luftsportverband” (DLV) for various flight competitions held in pre-war Germany.

I’ve seen a few of these plaques over the years, some unmarked, and some with the “D i” as with your one which is most likely to be the initials of the designer.
