Hi all, I thought I would call on the experts for an answer, attached a nice image of Hindenberg. What style of unifrom is he wearing and what colour would it be?, presumably it's not Feldgrau, but possibly dark blue?, secondly the sach band is obviously from one of his many decorations, which one?

any help would be appreciated

This is the 'old style' Prussian General Officers' full dress or 'parade' uniform. It was worn on parade and gala occasions, with full medal bar, sash and neck orders, etc. The 'full monty'.
