Nice collection. The second row, second from right badge is a post-soviet Ukrainian badge.

Yup, nice pins. I've got some of the same ones. BTW, the middle one in the second row is an "excellent soviet army" badge--the sucessor to the old-school otlichnik-badge series, so its not really "commerative." Details, Details..

Thanks Nack!! I bought this bunch as a bulk lot. I knew about the Ukrain Badge but didn't know which proficiency badge it was.

Dudeman,

I missed the second from the right part and went straight to the 50th Liberation of Ukrain badge which I have document. I just got back from driving 2000 miles round trip for a paralyzed veterans Bass tournament in Georgia and my minds still out of wack!! LOL!!!
