Kriegsmarine KM Badges Opinions?

Hi guys,

Just wanted to ask your opinion on these 2 KM badges that I recently got. First is a nice looking High Seas badge, made by "Fec Adolf Bock, Ausf Schwerin-Berlin"

Second is a Costal Artillery badge, by maker "FLL"

Both badges are in really nice condition with ca 99% gilt.
