Japan Type 45 Japanese uniform

Hello,

I recently acquired this uniform, thinking it was a M1938 pattern, but I believe now that it is a Type 45. It is in really great shape. Can anyone identify this, and read the text of the stamp?

true type 45 when issued had red piping on sleeve cuff. This was later removed in the field

Thanks! I think that the shoulder boards are a later pattern as well so this was probably reissued. That fits with the piping information too. I could not find any Type 45s for sale, are they rare or uncommon?
