Reserve Infanterie Regiment Nr. 22 and Verdun

Dear Fellow Members,

I have new a EKII 1914 award citation (together with his Militarpass and Soldbuch) for reservisten Valentin Bieniek.

Would you please tell me anything more about the date when the citation was awarded? I know RIR22 spent whole 1915 at Verdun, but would appreciate any more details.

At the time of the award they were in Ypres . The Regiment had left Verdun in April of 1915 as they transfered to the 117 Infantry Division and had left the 12th reserve Division.
