Leutwein Posted July 11, 2013 Author Posted July 11, 2013 Hello and thanks a lot for your reply. Is there any chance to find out something about his WW1-decorations (dates of award)? Best wishes Karsten
Dave Danner Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 He didn't receive Swords to his WF3b. Rather, he received the WF3aX on 9.8.15, gazetted in the Kgl. Württ. Militär-Verordnungsblatt on 21.8.15 (Nr. 52).
Guest Rick Research Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Yup. His KO4Xw was 20.03.06 in the K.P. Ordensliste 1905, Nachtrag 2, Seite 197. From the online index to Württemberg officers in their Staatsarchiv, they've got his records, but no date of death.
Glenn J Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 He was still alive in 1928 as an OSV a.D. in Remlingen, Unterfranken. Regards Glenn
Leutwein Posted July 11, 2013 Author Posted July 11, 2013 Thanks a lot for those nice infos. Thanks again. Best wishes Karsten
