I suspect this Oberstleutnant is from IR 4 as the background (although very blurry) appears to be similar if not the same as the previous photo I posted of Oberstleutnant Hugo Nedjela. (Johann) "Fr(ei)herr von Odelga" and even I can't make out the scribbled dangly at the end which must be his rank, abbreviated. At 90º here it is too hot to handle dried up brittle brown K.u.k.
