Usually has the torch on the bottom if its socialist it can't be Kingdom since Kingdom has the crown on top. I've never seen that combo before, very interesting I'm assuming its for an officer, Enlisted don't usually get a fancy bucklet, it almost looks like a badge ? Is it possible that, based on your observations, it would represent an interim period - post kingdom but pre-communism?? There is no interim period between Kingdom and Socialism, you either had the star or the crown on your orders It may be that something has fallen off the buckle but from what I can see in that one picture it looks intact. There are also a couple other nations near Yugoslavia that have had similar designs. So it might not entirely be Yugoslavian, I'll have to check a couple of my final books and then let you know.
