I think so... I just remember seeing it, is usually one of my top 5 units, but I did not see any combat with the 2. Jäger ?

The War was over before he made it to the front

In April 1918, after 3 month of training, he was transferred from the Rekrutendepot of the Alpenkorps to the 2. Genesenden Komp. 2. Jäger-Bataillon.

On May 16, 1918 he was again transferred to E./ 23. Infanterie Regiment
