Chris Boonzaier Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Sometimes little Gems lay on major dealers sights and are simply not seen.... Leutnant Rudolf Rober Scmidt of the reserve Pionier Kompagnie 44 recieved the EK1 on the 8th Of march 1918. With it is an Abschrift of the daily orders of the Gruppe Loos, on it the Stosstrupp Unternehmung (7th of March) of the RIR208, along with members of the Res Pionier Komp 44 are mentioned. A nice little find indeed :-)
Bernhard H.Holst Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Hello Chris. Two neat documents. Thanks for showing them. Bernhard H. Holst
turtle Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Nice group! Concerning his age, I suppose he was a war volunteer in 1914 and made up the ranks?!
