Stuka f Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 I have seen these popping up on some other forum,if I remember correctly....!? First is a scout insigna, not sure wich country. Second and third are Belgian grenadier sholder insigna's, 4; seems to have a Spanish crown and 5 could be Italian cheers |<ris
Veteran Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Stuka is right about the first badge. It belongs to the "Scouts de France", the Roman Catholic scouting organisation (Jerusalem cross with a fleur-de-lys". The walking stick with the V-shaped upper end could be the Rover-Scouts branch (young adults). The meaning of the axe would have to be cleared. Hope this helps; Veteran
WRANGEL Posted February 24, 2014 Posted February 24, 2014 Good evening Gentlemen, The scout badge is not French it's from Belgium. The badge with the horn is a part of a cape buckle for French alpine troops. Cheers Bill
