This appears to be a late war Zinc Minensucher Abzeichen . Not sure if it is good! Need some opinions and ideas on maker please.

It looks like a good Steinhauer & Luck made badge in zinc.From what i can see of the pin it looks like the inverse tapered type that is seen on many S&L Kriegsmarine awards.

A reverse photo with the pin down might help confirm this.

Indeed a good period S&L piece IMO.As i mentioned,typical inverse tapered pin seen on many S&L awards.

Here is a zinc Hilfskreuzer piece that i have in my collection with the same reverse set up.

After receiving your PM asking me to look at minesweeper by B&NL I expected to see a fake with bogus maker mark. Nice to see that it was probably a typing error and that it's turned out to be as Martin has rightly identified.
