Chris Boonzaier Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Hi, I assume officers of the unit had 125 on the boards? The Regular Infantry regiment was a cypher board lot? Thanks Chris
The Prussian Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 You´re right, mate! Landwehr had the number. The cypher (FR) was introduced march 1888. Before they had the number too. #1: all kinds of uniforms of the IR 125 #2: civilian drivers of that regiment. Some rich officers had civilian drivers. They had the cypher on the collar or on the capband. Sometimes also a monogram of the officer. #3: Ldw.Inf.Rgt. 125
