China Order of Golden Grain, seems legit or...?

Good day everyone!

Today I visit a friend who usually sale watch. but today, it seems that he has something different.

A breast star..

At first, I notice it's a Chinese one, and with the paddy rice picture on enameled center, I think it's an Order of Golden Grain.

But because I'm not familiar enough on Chinese orders, I can't determine it's a real on fake. Anyone can help me identified this?

Note: the clasp is weirdly from 3 to 9 o' clock, it supposed from 12-6 isn't it?

I think it's an Order of Golden Grain.

By these photos it looks like salty original 2nd class breast star of Golden Grain order.

Most likely the central medallion was moved
