On the swords, I can just make it out. What does "W C 900" mean?

Angle photo -It's too bad I couldn't get a photo through my hand-held microscope to show the hallmarks up close.

There are hallmarks near the base of the ring too.

I can see the 900 clearly, no pun intended but I can't find the WC maybe I am looking in the wrong place.

The WC is to the left of the 900 on the sword blade. It is a difficult angle and when I tried to shine more light in there it didn't come out.

I had thought that maybe "WC" was a known Bavarian manufacturer in the same way Jakob Leser is a known maker.

WC is the bavarian manufacturer Weiss & co.

900 is the marking for silver.

At the agraffe you also will find WC and on the other side 950 or 980.

The pre war MVO are marked with 980.

Your cross has a silver gold plated medaillon, so it will be marked with 950.

It is a late MVO since 1916, one of the most MVO 4b variations.
