Turkey Badge ID needed

If I'm correct the rank is Lt. Colonel of the Jandarma (Gendarmerie).

Anybody can tell me the meaning of the patches?

You are correct on the rank and branch.

I am having difficulty with the trade patches, As they are trained and supplied by the Turkish Military, I'm guessing the one is para related and the other might be some kind of AD.......

You are totally right. It is Explosive Ordnance Disposal Specialist (Surveyer).

After this thread I noticed that we have no Turlish Military Badge/Patch forum so I created one in Facebook and contributions started come.
