Dear Gentlemen, I came across this Turkish naval dagger and wonder if it is authentic. I'm suspicious since engraved decoration on the scabbard is missing according to pictures I found in couple of books and internet. Can anyone help on identifying this?

Yes , this is a WW1 Turkish navy dagger... there are solingen made ones with higher quality ... This one is a low quality piece...
