couple of reorganised national government pieces need help with

Couple have me puzzled, one is obviously a Naval Piece, the other a visit piece any help gratefully received

I can see the naval piece is dated year 31 of the Republic (1942)

Thanks JC and Nick for posting your comments. I find the Wang Jingwei awards a fascinating field.

JC points out is a Wang Jingwei Reorganised Government Naval Medal. The Reorganised National Government of China was established by the Japanese with its capital in Nanjing, 1940-45.
