Nice Promotion doc A3 size and folder to a Civil servant

I like this a lot as the folder is in very good order as is the enclosed document, I include two pictures of each to try and show the gold leaf detail.

Thank you for showing this document. One sees mostly military promotion docs which do not have such elaborate gold leaf decoration, at least not the one in my collection.

I do like these types of promotion/appointment citations. Although I can't recognise this particular example sometimes you get a signature in the bottom right of a leading TR personality such as Speer, Ribbentrop, Goering etc.
