Help with a signature

I am hoping that some one can and will  make sense out of the scrawl for me please?

Not a signature.  It says "Weltkrieg" or World War.

Boy, don't I feel like a fool :-) although I still have trouble deciphering 'weltkrieg' out of the scrawl

Obviously written by a doctor, my prescriptions tend to have the same style of handwriting.
