It is apparently an Engineer Battalion. The motto, "Nous Servons" is for the 52nd Engineer Battalion of WW I service. I am looking into getting info on this one with the "le Corps". I'll let you know.

The text is French "Nous servons le corps" is a full sentence and means "We serve the corps".
