commanders badge case question

hi all I have not seen a case with this badge before just wanted to ask if this case is possibly a commanders badge case wear on the pad corresponds with the badge reverse so its been in there for a while, no inscription on lid just a manufacturers sticker some characters on side of lid, the badge does have a mark under the pin thanks

The correct one 

If you are still have some doubts, them Inscription at the back of your case reads 

April 1, 1931 

Commanders badges were introduced only in 1943
