Medal for Labor "mirror reverse"

Hi  there,

this is my only Medal for Labor, but it has an interesting feature. The text on the obverse is "mirrored" partly on the revese. Did this happen often with this medals?

interesting. It is thinner compared to normal ones? Maybe the mint run out of silver back then..

This medal is made of silver-plated brass. Lower quality medal made at a Mongolian Mint in early 1990s.
