Hi all, possibly a stupid question (For those that know the answer) but what was the difference between the Grand officer grade of the St Sava and the Commander grade?, was it just the addition of the breast star to the Grand officer, the neck badges being the same.?

Depends on the manufacturer, but usually the Grand Officer is just the addition of the breast star. Sometimes private manufacturers and custom ordered pieces could have variations but that is a whole other matter

So to recap on the regular manufacturers of the order, grand officer neck cross should be the same size as commander's neck cross.
