Mark McM Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 (edited) Gentlemen, This past weekend, I viewed an old collection that contained a good selection of Boxer Rebellion material. Amongst the medals was a Russian bronze issue that was suspended from a ribbon from the Order of St. Vladimir. Is this sort of thing correct and if so, what was the criteria for changing ribbons? paul wood Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 They could be suspended from either the St Vladimir or St Andrew Ribbon. Paul

Egorka Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 The medal was suspended on combined St Vladimir and St Andrew ribbon.
paul wood Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Of course, I was misreading the ribbon details, another, more frequent, senior moment. Paul
