Chinese enamel medal - identification help?

Can anyone help me to identify this medal? I am struggling to find any information about it and would really appreciate any help! I would like to sell it but have no idea what it is worth (if anything!)

The medal weighs 33g and is approx 6 cm wide.

George, it`s a fantasy fake. 

It combines elements of real chinese awards from republican (and warlord) period.

The enamel looks terrible and reverse has uneven surface.

This is an interesting one. I know the details aren't that great. Although they are starting to mimic the specks in the enamel in which I seen real ones have at times. It also has the similar silver color like the large fake/fantasy breast badges they are making.
