    Original cross from 1904-1905 War .

    The 4th grade soldier's St. George cross # 174604 should be app. 1904 for Russia - Japan war. 

    The Russian letters "Ж" stands for Yellow, and "М" for Metal. So if it does not look yellow, it is no right, IMHO.
