A Lebanese Order of Cedar with a Certificate

An interesting example of the award to a Czecoslovak manager of Factory transporting steel pipes. He was awarded with the 5th grade. 3rd grade is only for illustration.Probably somebody will be able to translate the contents of the certificate.
