EK1 for review

Hi all, I'm interested in possibly adding the attached Imperial EK1 to my collection, from the images I've no doubt about it's authenticity, and looks like a "Blued" core, my question is anyone got any ideas as to possible maker, obviously a private purchase piece, jeweller made? but using available core and frames, any help appreciated.
