Guys, anybody could say who is the Kapitanleutnat signature?

Dokument dated 18.Mai 1919 from Wilhelmshaven,  II Minensucher Division

Hi,

can´t help much. He was Halbflotillen-Chef of the IVth Minensuchhalbflotille. He was a "von" and his name starts (I think) with an SCH. Coud be von Schemich? or sth like it.

...and the last two letters seems to be IG or IH. This one is not easy
