ccj Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 Can someone tell me which royal dukes or princes served in Infanterie Regt 121 during WW1?
The Prussian Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 Hello! The Ehrenrangliste says: Leutnant Carl Alexander Herzog v. Württemberg Á la suite: General d.Inf. Johann Georg Prinz v. Sachsen, Herzog zu Sachsen Oberstleutnant Georg Kronprinz v. Sachsen Hauptmann Friedrich Christian Prinz v. Sachsen, Herzog zu Sachsen
ccj Posted April 29, 2018 Author Posted April 29, 2018 Thanks, can you tell me what year? Wasn’t Friedrich Christian Prinz v. Sachsen in Saxon Leib Grenadier Regt 100?
The Prussian Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Hello! I don´t knoiw the year. The info came from the ranklist of honour. You are right with Prinz Friedrich Christian. He was listed in 1.(Leib)-Gren.Rgt.100 AND à la suite in IR121 AND à la suite IR106. His last duty was in IR182
ccj Posted April 29, 2018 Author Posted April 29, 2018 What ranks are given with à la suite? Was it always general rank?
ccj Posted April 29, 2018 Author Posted April 29, 2018 Thank you. Does anyone know where to locate information and photos of royals serving in Württemberg regiments?
