It measures 4 1/4” x 3 1/4” (roughly). It was amongst a few other vet bring-back items (all of which conclusively indicate service in the Philippines). Question is, what is it? I’ve seen photos of a few pilots wearing flag patches on flight suits, but these are all “meatball” flags, without rays. Thoughts?
