Finnish Order of the White Rose

Hello.  I have a unique Order of the White Rose with its presentation box.

Please take a look at the photos. It has a unique 'button' on the ribbon.  Anyone know what this is for?

Also, based on the photos, can someone give an approximate date of issue?

Hello. 

That badge is a normal hat badge for finnish enlisted men and have nothing to do with the medal. 

I would guess this medal have been awarded to a Swede because of the mounting (and its for sale in Sweden).

I would like to know if there exists a list of Belgians who received this Order,

I have a medal with document awarded to a Belgian, I believe he was a servant at the Royal House in Belgium.

No, there is not any lists available to the public.

 

But you can contact the order chancellery and ask if a certain person received an order.
They don't answer questions about why someone received an order or medal.
