Any information about  rank insignia of the Mongolian people's army 1921-24?

A rare subjet but I thik that they weared the same rank insignias of the Red Army in their first version 

They were close ties with the Red Army who helped to expulse Baron Unger von Stemberg and the filo chinese Mongolian chiefs

Found this from an exhibition held a few years ago , but the translation doesn't make much sense, also some of the text on the board is missing.

I am not able to read the text but the ilustrated example is of clear Red Army inspiration with the Swastika as Mongolian Characteristic national Symbol .
