Are there ( and can anyone on this forum provide )  any published statistics for NUMBERS ISSUED for the various types and metals of this medal ?

Also : can anyone assist with obtaining the CITATION  for an award in Silver , Leopold I issue by Hart , awarded to F. MAJOLINI , Feb.1858 ( probably the date of the action , not the awarding  ) ?
