Luftwaffe Unmarked Flak Badge

Hi there, any ideas on this unmarked Luft Flak badge? It appears to be nickel-silver and two piece.

Here is the back. The badge was bent heavily and the swaz was damaged, I sort of straightened it but it almost broke so I left it.

Based upon the reverse assembly I'm leaning towards fake. Please post bigger pics.

Hi guys,

Flak88 did a wonderful job of IDing this one for me as a FL&L copy, as much as it pains me to discover that 90% of my badges were fake. Any ideas if they are early fakes? At least most of my other stuff so far is checking out so that takes a little of the pain away...
